Jobs in Kyrgyzstan for Foreign Workers

Construction, welding, hospitality, garment factories, security, warehouse, agriculture, and medical roles for skilled and semi-skilled workers from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Traveliscope is a Bishkek-registered manpower agency working with BEOE and SLBFE-licensed partners in your country.

Who can work in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan opens work visas and residence permits to foreign nationals through the ИРС (Foreign Workforce Quota) and Трудовой Патент frameworks. Workers from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh are eligible under valid demand letters from a Kyrgyz employer. Traveliscope arranges the demand letter, ИРС permit, work visa, and employment contract before you travel — you arrive with your documents in order, not chasing them after landing.

How to apply — four steps

1. Submit your application

Send your CV, passport scan, trade certificates, and any work experience proof via our Apply form or WhatsApp. We acknowledge every submission within 24 hours.

2. Skill check and matching

We verify your trade against current Kyrgyz employer demand and route your file to a BEOE or SLBFE-licensed partner agency in your country for in-person interview and skill test.

3. Demand letter and visa

Once matched, the Kyrgyz employer issues a demand letter through Traveliscope. We open the ИРС permit, work visa, and employment contract on the Bishkek side; your partner agency handles BEOE/SLBFE clearance, medical, and pre-departure on your side.

4. Travel and on-site induction

Flight arranged, arrival at Manas Airport, accommodation check-in, MVD registration, and first-day site induction. A Traveliscope coordinator meets you within 48 hours of arrival.

Visa, permits, and exit-visa cost

Working in Kyrgyzstan as a foreign national requires a work visa, an ИРС quota slot, and (depending on length of stay) a Трудовой Патент. When you finish your contract, you also need an exit visa to leave. The links below are the current rules and the calculator we built so workers can estimate exit visa cost before they sign anything.

Work visa & permits — current rules

Quota changes, fees, and process for the 1-year and 2-year work visa, plus residence permit basics.

Why apply through Traveliscope

Bishkek-registered, on the ground

ОсОО Травелископ is a Kyrgyz legal entity registered in Bishkek. We handle the KG-side paperwork ourselves — not via an offshore middleman — and have a Bishkek coordinator on call after you arrive.

BEOE and SLBFE-licensed partners

Every Pakistani worker we place is processed through a BEOE-licensed agency in Pakistan; every Sri Lankan worker through an SLBFE-licensed agency. We verify partner licenses before sending you to them.

Single point of contact

One account manager from CV to airport pickup to on-site induction. You always know who to call.

Paperwork before signing

You see your demand letter, employment contract, and ИРС permit details before you sign anything or pay your partner agency. Read it. Ask questions. Walk away if anything is unclear.

Frequently asked questions

Can foreigners work in Kyrgyzstan?

Yes. Foreign nationals can work in Kyrgyzstan on a work visa backed by a Kyrgyz employer’s ИРС (Foreign Workforce Quota) permit and, depending on length of stay, a Трудовой Патент. Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh are among the countries actively sending workers under these frameworks.

What jobs are available in Kyrgyzstan for foreign workers?

The active sectors are construction, welding, hospitality (hotels and restaurants), garment factories, security, warehouse and logistics, agriculture, and medical support roles. Demand changes seasonally — Issyk-Kul hospitality peaks May to September, construction is busiest April to October, garment factories run year-round.

Do I need a work visa to work in Kyrgyzstan?

Yes. Working without a valid work visa, ИРС slot, and Трудовой Патент is illegal and exposes you to fines, deportation, and a re-entry ban. Traveliscope arranges all three documents before you travel, so you arrive with everything in order.

How do I apply for a job through Traveliscope?

Submit your CV, passport scan, trade certificates, and experience proof via our Apply form or WhatsApp at +996 999 000 302. We acknowledge every application within 24 hours and route qualified files to a BEOE or SLBFE-licensed partner agency in your country for skill testing.

How long does the full deployment process take?

From qualified application to landing in Bishkek typically takes 10 to 15 working days when documents are clean. Delays usually come from missing trade certificates, expired passports, or BEOE/SLBFE-side processing queues — not from the Kyrgyz side. Plan for around three working weeks.

What documents do I need to prepare before applying?

A valid passport with at least 18 months remaining, your trade or skill certificates, recent CV, two passport-size photos, police clearance certificate (PCC), and a medical fitness report. If you are a welder, carry your AWS or ASME certification. If you are a driver or operator, carry your license. Send scans first — originals only when we ask.
