Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions from Employers

Don’t see your question? Reach out directly — we respond within one business day.

How long does the process take — from inquiry to workers on site?
Typically 4–6 weeks: CV shortlist (5 days) → client interviews (1 week) → visa and documentation (10–15 working days) → travel and induction. We have a fast-track channel for urgent requirements.
What are the costs to the Kyrgyz employer?
Employers pay a one-time placement fee per worker, plus a monthly service fee for managed brigades. Workers pay zero — all fees are employer-funded in compliance with BEOE, MEA and SLBFE ethical recruitment standards. A Terms Sheet is provided after an initial call.
Do you work with employers outside Bishkek?
Yes. We have active placements in Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol (Issyk-Kul) and Tokmok. Remote site deployments include brigade management with a dedicated on-site supervisor.
