Traveliscope is a licensed Pakistani recruitment agency operating from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. We connect Pakistani skilled and unskilled workers with Kyrgyz employers across construction, factories, logistics, hospitality and security sectors.

Traveliscope is a Bishkek-based recruitment partner that brings Pakistani workers into the Kyrgyz market through a fully BEOE-compliant pipeline. We handle the entire chain — sourcing in Pakistan, trade testing, BEOE protector stamps, Pakistan Embassy demand-letter attestation, Kyrgyz work permits, flights, on-site arrival, vagonchiki accommodation, and police registration.

Test
Candidates are trade-tested in Pakistan — practical skill demonstration, English/Urdu interview, medical pre-screening (086 + HIV).

BEOE registration, Protector of Emigrants stamp, Pakistan Embassy demand-letter attestation, and Kyrgyz work-permit filing.
Deploy
Tickets booked, airport reception in Bishkek, transfer to site, vagonchiki housing setup, and orientation with your foreman.
Support
Police registration, ongoing payroll/visa renewals, and a dedicated point-of-contact in our Bishkek office for the full contract.

You pay for outcomes — workers physically deployed, registered, and producing on site. Costs are split transparently: employer covers visa fee, ticket, medical, and food/accommodation. We charge a one-time placement fee per worker. No prices upfront — we quote per role and contract length.
Our Bishkek office operates in Russian, English and Urdu — fully BEOE-compliant on the Pakistan side and registered with the Kyrgyz State Migration Service.
