What if a worker is medically unfit or fails the trade test on arrival in Bishkek?
Our split-placement model includes a replacement guarantee. If a worker fails the post-arrival medical commission in Bishkek or the on-site trade test within the agreed window, we replace at our cost — you do not pay twice. Full terms are documented in the standard service agreement.
